Health and safety is a daily priority of management and results are reported and monitored on a monthly at local and senior level.
Line managers are responsible for ensuring company health & safety policy is followed and that all employees are trained and competent, our safety manager is trained in health & safety risk analysis and prevention.
When accidents or near misses do occur they are fully investigated and corrective action taken to prevent a recurrence. Best practice on health & safety is shared through various trade organisations
